Hi There! I’m Laila.
I am a local fitness authority and founder at Push Personal Fitness. My fitness expertise spans a lifetime. It includes competitive sports like gymnastics, powerlifting, weightlifting, and tennis. I also spent time gymnastics coaching. I love distance running, olympic lifting, and just general gym-going.
My education includes a strong background in biology and a thorough understanding of physics as it relates to lifting weights. Personal training sessions are results-focused, evidence-based, and highly influenced by the scientific method. This knowledge and expertise is paired with strong communication skills.
I live to help others—I love it, and there’s only one thing I love equally: motivating people to make positive changes in their lives. I try to teach every client how to enjoy the most valuable part of their day.
