Hi There! I'm Chris.
Chris is a fitness enthusiast and runner who loves all things active! Having faced his own weight-loss challenges in the past, Chris finds passion in helping others to not only to reach their fitness goals but to help them succeed in all facets of life.
Previously, Chris was a 5th grade teacher, and while education will always be one of his passions, fitness is his calling. When not working at Push, Chris also teaches group fitness, is constantly at the gym working to improve his own strength, playing guitar, or with his family.
