I credit Laila immensely for my postpartum recovery with her careful attention to detail and form, consistent encouragement, while also challenging any mental blocks I had during my workouts. I was able to regain strength in my core with a few months of consistency, and more importantly, it allowed me an uninterrupted 30 minutes of time to focus on myself and my health. Laila is an excellent trainer and I look forward to working with her again in the future!
