Laila is the best trainer anyone could ask for. I’ve been seeing Laila for years and she always goes the extra mile to make sure I am focussing on the right form and working the muscle groups that I want to.. I’ve also had a couple injuries and Laila has always helped me work around them. She particularly finds alternate exercises that help me get the workout I want but also is gentle on my injuries. I am so gad I found Laila and look forward to continuing my fitness journey with her in the years to come.
